Extended Observations

Thirty pieces, one coherent kitchen. This granite-finish set earns its cabinet space by covering every cooking and baking scenario without asking you to think twice.

This set earned its place. That's the verdict, and I'll tell you why it holds.

Thirty pieces sounds like a gimmick until you lay them out. The weight is honest — not heavy enough to fatigue, not so light that you doubt the material. The black granite finish is matte and close-grained. Run a finger across a cold pan and it reads smooth, almost mineral. There's no chemical smell out of the box, which matters more than people admit.

The non-stick surface performs the way a non-stick surface should: eggs slide, sauces don't cling, cleanup is a damp cloth and done. The induction compatibility is genuine — tested on a portable induction burner, the pans seat flat and heat evenly from edge to center. No hot-spot drama. The bakeware pieces are a real addition, not an afterthought. Sheet pans sit flat. That's not guaranteed at this price.

Two things to note. The handles are comfortable but the rivets show a little roughness up close — nothing that affects use, but a maker notices. And thirty pieces means thirty things to store. If your cabinet situation is already strained, plan ahead. The lids nest, which helps, but the full set asks for real estate.

For a household setting up a complete kitchen — or replacing a piecemeal collection that never quite cohered — this set is a considered answer. It doesn't pretend to be heirloom cookware. It pretends to be useful, and it is.

Our Verdict

Thirty pieces, one coherent kitchen. This granite-finish set earns its cabinet space by covering every cooking and baking scenario without asking you to think twice.
